The W15 house dates back to 1890 and is loca
ted in the city center of Lucerne. It features 10
new apartments and, as the crowning touch,
a new penthouse apartments in the roof with
two enormous dormer windows. The project
includes the installation of a new solar system,
eight new balconies, 10 new kitchens and the
sustainable use of materials.
